1. Data we receive

• Contact details (name, phone number or messenger account) you give when buying, and Kaspi payment details.
• Anonymised website usage data through Google Analytics (cookies, device type, country, pages viewed).

2. Data we never receive

The report name, age, answers and the report itself stay in your browser on your device and are not sent to a server. You can delete them by clearing site data in your browser.

3. Purposes

Issuing access codes, recording payments, answering requests, refunds and improving the site.

4. Storage and sharing

Contact and payment data are kept no longer than needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements. We do not share them with third parties except as required by law.

5. Children

For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian makes the purchase and gives consent.

6. Your rights

Under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection” you may request information about your data, ask for changes or deletion, and withdraw consent by writing to WhatsApp +7 701 433 13 07.
