Why
School grades show how well a child has learned the curriculum. University and work ask for something else: can they make sense of an unfamiliar problem, come up with an idea, agree with a team, check information? These skills can be measured and developed.
Eight skills
The 4Cs (critical thinking, creativity, communication and collaboration) are a foundation recognised by education systems worldwide. The digital age adds four more.
Tell fact from opinion, test arguments, draw sound conclusions.
Generate different ideas, then develop and improve them.
Express ideas clearly in speech and writing, and understand others.
Work in a team, share roles, resolve disagreements.
Find, read and check texts and sources.
Read charts and tables, and judge the numbers in news and decisions.
Use digital tools and AI usefully and responsibly.
Set goals, plan time, learn independently.
How it works
Scenario-based tasks, with no cramming and no textbook answers. 15 minutes for the mini-test, 45–60 minutes for the full diagnostic.
A profile across eight skills: what is already strong and what to work on, explained clearly for parents.
A 4–6 week plan of exercises, then a second diagnostic to see progress.
