Public offer for the “Qabilet full skills diagnostic” service

1. General

This document is a public offer by BBMINDS LLP, BIN 171040002110, address: 43A Kabanbay Batyr Ave, Yesil District, Astana (the Provider). Paying for the service means full acceptance of this offer.

2. Service

The Provider gives the Customer access to an online skills diagnostic on qabilet.kz using a personal access code, and an automatically generated report.

3. Price and payment

The service costs ₸4,900, paid by a Kaspi invoice the Provider sends to the phone number the Customer provides.

4. Delivery

1. The access code is sent within one working day after payment.
2. The code is valid for 30 calendar days and is for one participant.
3. The service is complete when the report is generated.

5. Refunds

If the code has not been activated, the Customer may cancel and receive a full refund within 10 working days of the request. After activation no refund is given, except where the diagnostic could not be completed for technical reasons caused by the Provider.

6. Participants under 18

For participants under 18, the Customer is their parent or legal guardian, who consents to the diagnostic.

7. Limitation

The diagnostic is not an IQ test or a medical or psychological assessment, and is not linked to the UNT or any entrance exam. Results are for information and development.

8. Personal data

Personal data are processed under the privacy policy and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
